Overall this refrigerator works fine for me. Nothing very special, but it does what it’s supposed to do and I’ve never had any maintenance problems with it. It has an ice maker in the freezer, which keeps me from filling ice cube trays. However, having it in the freezer instead of the door takes up a lot of freezer space (about 1/3 of the total usable space).
I believe the ice maker is an optional feature, if you’d rather have the usable space instead of ice. I also like the crisper drawer, but wish it has a clear door on the drawer because I tend to forget about things I put in there. There is also no meat/cheese drawer. There are only two full length shelves on the fridge door, which isn’t quite enough storage for me.
The top shelf is only half the length, which cuts down on storage but allows you to put taller items (like 2-liter soda bottles) on the shelf below if you want. Temperature control works well, and keeps things plenty cold. Just make sure you don’t put it up too high, or items in the fridge may freeze.
The 15.6 cubic feet makes it small, but usable space is pretty good, at least in the fridge (not the case in the freezer, as I mentioned). It is also not an energy star appliance, so if energy efficiency is important to you this fridge may not be your first choice. If you’re looking for a small, economy-priced refrigerator, this one may work for you.
