This model is designed to help you to customize you cold storage to match with the rest of your kitchen.
Temperatures are regulated with the FreshChill™ temperature management system designed to maintain the freshness of food-stuffs.
There are a number of different adjustable, humidity-controlled crispers to keep fresh fruit and vegetables freshest and crispest as possible.
There are two transparent ClearVue bins, which allow food to be seen through the clear window.
Glass shelving is SpillClean™ and they glide in and out very smoothly and are both adjustable and have lipped edges to help contain any minor spills.
Automatic ice maker ensures a constant supply of ice on hand at all times.
This interior water dispenser is single-hand operated and is located just inside the refrigerator door for easy access to filtered water.
There are upper, lower and middle freezer baskets in the freezer section of this cabinet and a factory installed ice-maker.
The Kitchen Aid KFCO22EVBL requires the installation of custom panels and handles, which are not provided.
There is just the one finish available, which is designed to match your kitchen.
The long/wide contrasting door handles are a feature of this model and there is a dark trim above and below the freezer compartment.

Being a counter depth model it is 72” in depth and is able to fit flush with other cabinets and work surfaces and give more space, enabling it to still be used in a smaller kitchen with ease.
The clear-vue FreshSeal™ humidity-controlled crispers and bins and windows are a great advantage so that food can be seen and located at a glance.
A constant supply of ice with the automatic ice-maker is always an advantage.
It is great to be able to decant filtered water and ice from the dispenser with just one hand, and an added advantage in this model
Having three levels of freezer available in the bottom section means that it is not necessary to have to dig deep to fine what you are looking for.
It is an advantage having the SatinGlide® freezer baskets and crispers because they slide out easily even when they are fully loaded.
There are quite a number of required accessories for this model including two water supply kit, – a copper one and a refrigerator one as well as a water hose, and a pure-clean water filter.
There are also a number of optional extras including an easy-use refrigerator brush, a multifibre cloth and all-purpose cleaner. It is surprising that these should have to be purchased separately – although low cost.. it does not fare well for customer relations.
There are no door alarms, water filter indicator or maximum cool facilitie.
