It certainly is an advantage to have the adaptive defrost system, which ‘intelligently’ decides when your freezer needs to go through the defrost cycle. This feature is one of the innovative features that actually cuts down energy costs.
Some customers have found a problem with the freezer drawer being flimsy and getting cracked easily when the drawer is pushed shut rather than closing it.
Some customers discovered that the bottom freezer shelf was very badly designed, and things that fell off the back of the shelf could not be retrieved without taking everything out of the freezer.
What really upset some people was that the warranty only covered the drawer for a period of 30 days , with the cost of a new one being very costly ( about 10% of the price of the entire refrigerator.)
